History of the Flipped Classroom Model and Uses of the Flipped Classroom Concept

Flipped Classroom (FC) Model is an approach based on learning the simple and theoretical parts of a subject in extracurricular time through educational technologies performing higher-level studies during class time. With development spread technologies, interest FC has increased. In present study, we aimed to reveal historical Model, which current teaching model, what kind uses it as concept. The findings, were put forward line with this purpose, reached by document analysis method. reference results research, although ideas practices that paved way for emergence are older, could be said was expressed concept its form 2000. addition, revealed continued increase over years several concepts. As result investigation, determined flipped classroom one used most among these Based certain suggestions made. It expected research will contribute field terms revealing concepts literature.
